As well as being a venue for corporate functions, we also have a social scene to rival many other Plymouth venues. Whether you are looking for wedding inspiration, a slice of South West history, or a night of food, drink and entertainment, Devonport Guildhall is the place to be.
We host regular live music nights with an increasingly strong following. These monthly Column Acoustic nights celebrate the talent of local and regional singers and bands, in a relaxed setting. We open our Column Bakehouse for those who want some locally sourced, delicious food, and a bar is set up if you wish to have some drinks. The Column Acoustic night is growing in popularity and the event has a strong fan base, but tickets are still very reasonable, proving it is still possible to have a night out for under a tenner!
The building becomes abuzz with families and children during the holidays, when we host craft fairs and holiday clubs.
